i believe the PTU thing, is more to do with checking it, rather than saying its failed, i know im guilty of such talk LOL, not to suggest the PTU is failing, but more to check the connectors and make sure they are making a decent connection. But yeah, im looking forward to this.

Thanks bud, Seems there are some others who seem to think that my "prang" is something I've managed to do my self, strange how getting rear ended all of a sudden, makes it my fault. but then i wouldn't of expected anything less from the people commenting like that. i am aware as others have brought it to my attention. I do find it quite funny though how anyone would think id put the life of my own son in danger for the purpose of an insurance claim after fighting for over a year to protect them, add onto that all the work and money ive plowed into getting this car on the road. id of sooner broke the damn thing than purposely set out to get into an insurance claim that is ultimately going to make my premiums increase. Ive stayed out of all this BS and forum political *****cks, But then i suppose it just highlights the reasons why things have failed between clubs, when we have people like that with such a low attitude towards others. I could of commented when someone had broken down miles from home with no spare wheel, but didn't, i could of laughed my ass off about it, commented how it couldn't of happened to a nicer bloke, but i just sat by and watched while people on THIS club pulled together to help. But i draw the line when my child is also involved and was in the back seat, he isn't even 3 years old. personally i find it disgusting and quite vulgar in fact and just goes to show the mentality, though i suppose considering his past history of threatening violence to people on a forum (not this one, barryboys), go off on one like a child in a playground and throwing well his pram around, posting unfounded things left right and centre, and expecting everyone to agree, wishing people dead on an open and public forum, yet remains in charge of something because he likes the feeling of power. should i really of expected anything less. have you got sufficient fuel getting to the injectors? are they even firing? if you unplug and remove the cas, and then spin the spindal for the CAS on the engine, you should hear the injectors clicking (electric on but engine not running)

with VAT on top it brings it in at £2616, gotta remember there is no respray on that sheet either, so that would no doubt cause the price to increase as well. was on the phone to the insurance but need to ring the help desk tomorrow as they couldn't find my car on the data base which was a slight bit worrying, well until he said he didn't have access to the classic car side of things. the guy when i rang him, said there was no way he would be able to afford that, and to go through the insurance.

strange this is, thats the 3rd fecking ford thats hit my car, the guy who usually parks next to me, scraped the bumper in his fiesta when me and steams where doing the engine change, then my mates neighbor backed his ford cmax i think it was, into it after commenting on how nice it was. then yesterday got hit in the rear by a bloody ford focus.
