  1. cant be bothered to repost some of these, but dave there is already a thread for this sort of thing lol http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?157362-LoLz-picture-thread
  2. same, much handier and also less prone to the pages getting stuck together  waits for the dirty minded comments....
  3. Defo not where the new green arrow is, there should be two drain holes in the door rubber, ill sort out the image in a min, need to go check my own car for a new pool of water, but im getting the same, top gauge on the 3 pillar is holding the water then dripping when ever i accelerate lol bloody annoying as it hits my hand the steering wheel.
  4. stupid thing is it would of been your fault Richard in the eyes of the law had you hit him, as all he had to say was "my lights where on and the break lights worked as well before the accident, dunno what 'appened to the number plate, must of shot off during the impact" and that would of been that.
  5. Should of seen my bin bag swimming pool today lol, should of took a photo. Think i might just seal the whole targa with some black silicone sealant and create a slick top just while winter and this sodding rain is here and tackle it in the summer when we have got enough weather to make sure the silicone drys and sticks correctly
  6. I have the same issue, at the moment i am combating the wet seat by using a bin bag positioned so it collects the water, this is going to save my car from rotting from the inside out until i can find out how the damn water is getting in, ive already done pretty much everything mentioned including changing the rubbers for the one of my blue zed, its still leaking right at the top join between the targa seal and the A pillar seal, seems to be coming in from behind rather than where the window rests against it. ive used enough black silicon to fit 12 windscreens, i think the cold weather is against me though as it doesnt seem to be sticking to the metal of the car.
  7. nope, windows is just lazy, when you download a file and it completes, and then you redownload the same file from the same source, its supposed to check in the temporary folder to see if the file exists, if it does, it doesnt bother downloading the file again, what you see with the progress bar, is windows copying the file from the temp folder to the download location, and saving time / bandwidth. How ever, sometimes things go wrong, and if the file is corrupt, it doesnt matter how many times you down load it, it will remain corrupt (as all its technically doing is just copying the same file). Windows fails to delete the file upon install as well, hence why its always best to manually delete the temporary folder to gain some space back.
  8. Clear your temp folder, you have a corrupt file in there.
  9. I would like to be at Old Trafford when the end of the world comes as you get at least an extra five minutes.
  10. I was sitting on a side road just off a round about on the A600 just before bedford, i saw one silver (i think) zed with a wide arch kit (looked like the abflug) with the same rear wing as baz had that went past, heading away from bedford, and a black zed about 30 mins later, going towards bedford, i flashed the dude in the black, but not sure he could make out what was flashing him. Between 5 and 6 pm tonight.
  11. i have one of those 1:1 scale versions, detail is awesome lol
  12. if it was the first 3 numbers followed by a D it would mean he is a diplomat.
  13. the first number in this case represents the USA, the letter X for accredited non-diplomatic staff, not sure on the last 3 numbers as they do not correspond with the common denominators of a diplomatic plate.
  14. Id be wary of that not being in the water though and giving false readings, ill stick with the top pipe location as its slightly lower than the top of the rad.
  15. http://www.zshop.ca/parts/z32-jdm-ii-roof-wing/ Thats the one ive been looking at, but for what it is the price seems a bit steep.
  16. Looks good so far, but isn't the rear wheel arch out of shape?
  17. The ONLY way to do it so you do not incur ebay fee's on a failed transaction. 1st, do not cancel the transaction, this not only lets the other party leave feed back (including bad feed back) but if they decide not to cancel as well, it will take long and you will incur charges still. 2nd, send an invoice for the price specified. and wait 4 days. 3rd, after the 4th day, open a no payment dispute. 4th, as they have no intention of paying, wait a further 4 days and then close the dispute saying you did not receive payment, and get a refund on any listing fee's that apply to that sale. 5th, relist item and good luck with sale. 6th, subscribe here and also sell on the forum with out the ebay hassle. Seriously, that is the only and correct way of doing it. unless you want to faff about taking them to a small claims court, as it is a binding sale. Pretty bloody annoying when buyers do that, i always open a non payment case now, it not only protects my 100% score, but also i do not incur ebay fee's, and most importantly it puts a non payment strike next to their name, if they get too many, there account is closed. which is more hassle for them, really there should be a system in place for people who fail to pay, that lets sellers know if the last item they bidded on and won, they didn't pay, im sure this would cut down on the amount of idiots out there, as you could see who has bidded on your item and not paid before. You can also limit those who bid on your item, by stopping those with non payment strikes against there name from bidding on your items.
  18. Get a hose rated for either fuel or water. its cheap anyway, why risk your engine for the sake of a few quid.
  19. well ive got a manual conversion kit over here, but think postage to Australia would be large, its already £95 with in the country lol anyway welcome to the club matey and get some pictures up as soon as you can, doesnt matter what state of repair the old girl is in, we love pictures.
  20. Hes alive..... :D Id say the same as above, unless it has AMG under the bonnet, id be surprised if your 20 year old car didn't show him up slightly.
  21. I can see your problem matey, they only sell them in pairs, which is a bit of a shame for your third hand as no doubt it will suffer from the cold.
