Welcome to the club, and feel free to ask lots of questions, lots of good peeps on here mate who are happy to give good advice. Good luck with the search.

  6. All the new films come on there and other similar streaming sites at some point, I haven't gone to the cinema for ages. not great quality at first as they will all be home videos of the cinema, but over the next few weeks people will stream better quality versions. You often get distributer copies being streamed, so every now and then " this is the property of Miramax" or something similar scrolls across the bottom or something. Check it out, its a great streaming site, loads of movies, quite a bit of sport, there is loads of animation, from old tom and jerry to he-man, thundercats, battle of the planets to manga and pixar stuff i watch all the pga golf and loads of old tv series. If i want to watch the sport i tend to go onto http://www.myp2p.eu as it has pretty much all the live sport at all times. I got to watch the haye fight last night for free. I cant afford sky you see!!:euro:

And i reckon if done well and on the right zed, that front bumper would look super cool.

  10. Does that mean you won't ever be able to get your wheels aligned then Mikey?

Mate, absolutely no need to apologise, we all know that you have been in the wars, and i'm sure i speak for all when i say that i'm just pleased to see that you are on the mend. I hope you don't feel as if i was treading on any toes by resurecting this thread, I just wanted to get out to a nice pub and meet a few more faces. I think that your idea sounds like a good and fair one, so with that said... I'm in. 1. ZX-TT +1 2. Pablito +1 (if she's not too busy shopping or sewing or something:lol:)
  15. nice car mate! welcome
  16. haha sandy... we are not too far away on price it seems!
  17. not a massive job, but not easy either... a much more expensive option as a 2nd hand manual conversion kit (ie box and all parts needed) is going to cost you anywhere from£500-£700 depending on parts. There are loads and loads of writeups on here about doing it, so do a quick search. There are some really fiddly bits like Ian says, although i am now the pedal master having taken mine on and off about 4 times! We found that the top bell housing bolts were a pita to get in. Swapping auto box for auto box is MUCH easier and cheaper... unless you get a shoddy box which goes again and you have to repeat the whole process! You can of course get a garage to do it, check out zedworld for their prices - i think it's about £1700, but you do get a new single piece propshaft if memory serves.
  18. Have you tried swapping the tranny fluid and giving the filter a proper good clean? then repeat? To be honest, once the box starts going it is pretty much just a matter of time till it dies completely, but by doing what i have suggested you might just get a few more miles out of it. Mine was not happy, but by cleaning it all out and swapping fluid i managed to get a few more hundred miles. Worth a try if you have the time.
  19. nice... My fear of mustard and pickles is ruining my life...
  20. :pint:Happy Birthday :pint:
  21. no sir, i believe you are getting confused with kitty-scat!
  22. What are the ones which go to 120mph? I'm sure my original clocks went up to 120, and when i changed to a uk cluster your right, it solved the speed limiter issue and i was able to unleash the beast :taz:
  23. imports are limited to 113mph i think. You will probably have jap clocks too which only go up to 120mph, again i think. I think if you swap your clocks for uk ones and you should then be able to reach warp speed...... Anyway are you telling us that you were driving over the designated 70mph speed limit??? Heaven forbid  I am sure someone with far more knowledge than i will be along soon to confirm or correct.
