If you want to push them you can either complain to the FSA or go to the Citizens Advice Beaureu. Not saying you don't have a chance, but as you've already accepted their offer you might have a bit of bother. But talking to these bodies is free, so you have nothing to lose other than the time on the phone call... Let us know how you get on mate

I work for an Insurance firm, and yup, if you are regulated by the FSA (which they will be) you have a 14 day cooling off period. Well done on getting a better deal ;)

Ok, so after seeing Chunk fly down the strip, him having an Auto it got me thinking. I've had an auto for a couple of days now, and was wondering the best technique for getting the best time. Do you have overdrive on or off? Do you go for it in Drive, or go through 1 and 2 etc. Do you have your power button on? Do you have your eyes open or shut? :wack: I've been playing around with it trying to see what's best, but wondered what everyone else with an Auto does :)

Now me personally I don't like the wide arches on the rear, I think the Zed has beautiful lines as it is. But like people have already said it's down to personal preference. I prefer a '99 front, and general updates like clear indicators all round, respray etc. I agree that Nissan did a great Job in the first place, and I don't want to mess with it! :p

And what an amazing car it is! I've got the biggest grin in the world after driving it home, just got in, blew away various cars including porsches, a VX220 (lol) Mercs and a rather nippy EVO... but suffice to say the beast devoured them all... Dave coming home in those tunnels, the BOV's nearly deafened me! Excellent :D Really really pleased with it, only thing that went wrong was the left headlight went out, but that seems to have rectified itself... so all in all a brilliant drive home! I'd just like to say what a blinding bloke Dave is, he even put some optimax in it for me on the test drive, and various other bits and bobs that someone else might try and sell seperately. So thankyou very much, and I owe you a pint and a pack of flakeys ;) the next time we meet. I'm so glad to be back in a Zed, and all you Manual drivers? I am converted, the Auto box is absolutely fu***** brilliant... never gonna bother with a conversion, after owning both now, I can say Auto is the better box for me. :D Must edit my signature as well while I think about it Anyways, off to bed now, been a long evening... off to dream about BOV's and mongoose exhausts and 300 ponies and tunnels.. and jaw dropping pedestrians and... zzzzzzz
