Simply Japanese 2018
Hi guys, sorry for not getting this thread going sooner. This year the Event is on July 29th - see link below, on Beaulieu's web site which covers the entire event including ticket prices, that can be bought either on the day, or in advance, through their website. https://www.beaulieu.co.uk/events/simply-japanese/ I think a lot of members who have attended this in previous years, will agree that this a great day out, with plenty to do for all. Whether with little ones in tow, or just enthusiastic petrol heads, it is situated in lovely surroundings with plenty to see in both the museum, and the cars that attend for the day. I will update this thread with relevant information, as I hear back from Beaulieu events team.:thumbup1: 1. Bigh

Hi Ryan, hope you managed to get the tailgate back with incurring any damage as it slid around in the transit? Sorry I wasn't there to meet you hopefully catch up at sometime throughout the year at a meeting. Have you considered attending the "Simply Japanese" meet at Beaulieu at the end of July?

Wheel widths & offset help (Wide arch)
That’s a good link thanks. So inputting all the dims my rear wheel would move 1.1” nearer to the suspension, and I would need a 3.09” new outer lip to keep the same distance from the wheel arch. So if I knew the sizes of the Works wheels inner and outer barrels I could work out what size outer lip, I would need to purchase so the outer lip face is pretty much where mine are now.

Blue Wide Arch is Finished
Well done Lee, you have done a lot to turn the car around. All you need now are some decent deep dish wheels. :whistling: https://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?188960-Wheel-widths-amp-offset-help-(Wide-arch)

Wheel widths & offset help (Wide arch)
Guys, Looking for some help with wheel widths and offsets please, from you gurus out there. My current set up is as follows: Fronts - 9J x 18 et +24 (235/45 IIRC) Rears - 10J x 18 et -31 (295/35) I am considering some Work Equip wheels, they are: 9x18 et+22 8x18 et +22 The fronts seem easy I can use the 9x18 Works on the front with just a small difference to what I have now. The rears are way off. I am happy to run up to 12 on the rears, in theory is it just as simple as buying new outer barrels for the 8x18,giving me a decent dish. ( I do not want to be running any spaces) Funky and JoelP be gentle with me if I am talking rubbish here. Good set of Image wheels for sale soon if this pans out :cool2:

Rolling road session?
Still good for me. Won’t be in the Zed, though as she’s at the paint shop.

Rear over Fenders required
I will be selling my wheels from my wide arch in the near future, if you want to have proper deep dish rears instead of spacers?

What did you do to your zed today?
A good few weeks later than planned, due to all the bad weather we have had recently but finally got her over to Kraftwork.
