  1. Sounds like the refrigerant needs replacing.
  2. Doesn't sound bad. Obviously if it was torn or gouged badly then you'd be needing to go at it with another layer of fibreglass and resin. I expect you could get away with just a bit of filler and some sanding.
  3. Have you taken a gouge out of the fibreglass itself?
  4. If that's the extent of the rust then I'd say repairable, easily.
  5. I believe Fifth is 0.752:1 with 3.692:1 on the Diff, according to one of my Post-Its
  6. Mine's a Series 5 TT, no boost gauge.
  7. I would assume so, otherwise I'll be there on my lonesome.
  8. I can meet you all there as well.
  9. I attached fog lights to the fuel tank straps. They can be flipped up out of sight when not in use.
  10. Not enough I say.
  11. I'll be up for this.
  12. Preferably with some experience on Jap stuff or Z's in particular, because I don't fancy driving all the way to zedworld to have belts changed. Any suggestions chaps?
  13. Check out the exhaust on that thing. Only Z I've seen "Ratted" is a 240Z, that's still an ongoing project. 300ZX's don't lend themselves well to the rat idea anyway, too much plastic. Google for the Crazy Octopus if you want to see how it could be done.
  14. I have the Mongoose quad tips. Overall I was very happy with their quality vs price. The only problem I had was the hanger on one back box was attached at a funny angle, so I had to bend it to make the box sit straight. Sounds like you've been unlucky so far, but if I were in your shoes I'd send them back until you were sent a set without imperfections. I wouldn't be happy with an iffy stainless steel set.
  15. I see this used often in alloy refurbs.

Sounds good to me, I'll be there.
  17. In my second year of Multimedia Computing. Basically finished now until January.
  18. The monster reappears! and belongs to me now. I didn't pay anywhere near the 8k asking price I tell ya. Talking rust, the body was absolutely fine, but the front brakes were terribly rusty. Took them off, cleaned them up, split the calipers and rebuilt them and they were right as rain. The paint is far from great, but not really fussed about that.
  19. Pretty sure you're talking about the turn lights, they illuminate when you indicate.
  20. Is it leaking down the inside of the pillar into the seatbelt mechanism, then from there into the passenger footwell?
