Every time i fix something i find a new problem!
Well i'm begining to learn why people pay so much for these cars when they're tip top. Picked up my Z maybe a couple months ago, knowing it needed some work, but it seems that every time i fix something, something else breaks. So far i've: replaced boost intake pipes, re-wired series 2 PTU form a series 1, attempted to change o2 sensor (couldnt but it's getting done tomorrow) changed crap tweed for leather converted kph to mph changed to newer front bumper Ive got a new centre bearing to fit and need to get an exhaust (first i think) Tomorrow im getting full timing belt change including water pump, all idlers etc and a look on datscan to see what else i'll be needing ( i know i need new coolant sensor but unsure where it is (code 13) I just hope that the engine stops giving off new codes soon as im running short on cash lol and wanna sort out the body. Anyway just wanted to post what ive done and whats coming had planned to get to JAE but it looks like my bank wont let me after all the work ive had to do recently, so enjoy it everyone

worrying noise :S power steering pump?
I'm not an expert but if it's making a noise still when you top the fluid up i'd want to replace it, whatever product it is that can make it quieter is only masking the real problem. I'd hate to be no where near home and have no power steering as it's a heavy car without.

Advice on o2 sensor removal
Right, did ECU test and found passanger side (left) sensor needs replacing. Ordered and arrived but how in the hell do you get it out, i've tried with crowsfeet, long socket, various extension bars and elbows(all with battery removed) but it still has not budged. There are 2 tubes going into bulkhead i think are for the heater matrix, is it ok to remove these or do they hold water??? think job would be a lot easier with these off Or if anyone near newcastle fancy giving me a hand, i'd welcome that too;)

Bad emissions
check your o2 sensors, there is an ecu diagnostic(easy to do) that will check them both and tell you if they are working http://www.zmods.org/index.php?page=ecu_diag

I think it looks better without, maybe if you had lambo rear lights might be better with it on but i like it better since you have removed it- Is this the right PTU kit
is it easy to wire one in if you have the connectors, i mean are the wires all the same colour? - Please be 100% honest
