Did my centre bearing at w/end bud and noticed that the uj's are staked items that's why Nissan say new prop!. Luckily we got a local firm who makes/repairs driveshafts so find one near you and they will be able to change just the uj and balance the prop aswell! HTH! :D
  5. Why not get a stainless braided jobbie made up?-much cheaper and it wont burst again! ;)

  9. Yep-the controller isn't in the car yet-just the plumbing done.Oh well,I'll check the hoses for blockeges/kinks etc and blow the valve  Better to have found out now I suppose! Cheers John. :)

  15. Every time I fill the Zed up, I unsrew the filler cap and PSSSSSSSSSSSSS!! Anyone else have this??-sure it's pressure not vaccum as the cap seems to lift slightly when loosened off?? :) Is it a ZED thing? Cheers.
  16. Like Duffer said sounds like fuel pressure or lack of it until you get it trough the lines again.Sure you haven't got a fuel leak which could let the pressure go overnight??-just a thought! ;)
  17. Could have sworn i saw Shrimpy in that!!
  18. cheers for the reply John, only i half fitted the controller at the w/end before it got dark  I piped the actuator lines to the valve and the same with the hardpipe spigots and left it at that.I used com for the actuators and no for hardpipe pressure. Now i thought with this set up and the stock solenoids still connected if the valve is "normally open" i should get stock boost?? When i put my foot down the other night the guage read 15psi!!WTF? Hence the original question. So if the valve IS normally open it sounds like a problem elsewhere-it's almost like the hose is blocked or at least partially-hence the high boost.Any other ideas most welcome!! ;)
  19. In my case it'll be pretty crap then! :)
  20. Here, here, etc.................... ;)
  21. Would any of you fine fellows know if the profecb solenoid valve is open or closed when no feed is present? I thank you :D
  22. U got four pipes waiting! ;)
  23. They can be changed mate but it's quicker/simpler to change the complete arms for exchange items. The tubular spacers will be self explanatory-stick em in the arms so they have equal amounts protruding. Not actually done this job[yet  ]but if I do I would deffo go for complete links. HTH. ;)
