Sounds like dribbly injectors :shock: or pump bud. ;)

Try running masking tape strips up the wings etc in line with the holes/bolts offer the bumper up and put coresponding strips on the bumper.Then drill holes-7-8mm as this will give room to adjust. HTH :)

Did you check the coolant level? if you have lost water this can make the boiling/bubbling noise.If the level is low-u got a leak! ;)
