Does the leccy fan kick in-all hoses hot-rad cap off.If so I'd be inclined to drop the undertray off and check for leaks-especially around the rad spigots as these are a weak point .HTH ;)

Don't think they are a requirement bud,but if fitted must work correctly.

Sound like airlock bud-do you run it up with heater on hot and rad cap off? ;)
