Right nice an simple!-Thick fit can't repair it,too close to sidewall. Guy down the road agreed with me-that it was o.k. to repair! So the moral Is get a second opinion if in doubt[which I wasn't!] ;)

Pulled the rear brakes down today,anyways noticed a nail in the n/s,after a bit of cursing[new tyre!]thought I'd best get it fixed. Normally take it to work no probs-but seeing as I just gave my notice :nono: So of to the local 'thick fit'-and guess what? ''can't repair that m8,needs a new un''-WTF? Goes to a guy down the road,had a chat tells him I'm in 'the trade'-all done for a tenner! :dance: You gotta wonder how many bods get their pants pulled like this?-foookers :nono:

If this is removed will it cause problems,or will the hicas just not work[which is what I would prefer!]-what I mean is will the rear wheels remain 'straight ahead' at any given speed with no input from the sensor? :bow:
