  4. I dont know mate, not got a clue on price after I get the clutch done going to take the car down to see what he thinks mate, so will let you know when he gives me a quote lol. was getting myself ready for the worse lol Cheers Mark
  5. cheers mate, iam really chuffed, in an ideal world a rust free zed would be perfect, but the way I see it I paid £650 for the car, so £350 for a clutch fitting it myself, and if the welding cost a grand still only 2k which is still cheap for a TT manual Zed:-) Thanks again Mark
  6. Hi, right Iam keeping the Zed, my mate decided to buy something else and to be honest Iam happy:-) didnt really want to get rid anyway. Going to get the clutch sorted in the next couple of weeks then a guy is coing to look at my rear arches and sills, and what ever else needs doing, just abit worried about the cost of welding as I dont think it will cheap lol. Is going to take a little while to get it how I want it but it will be worth it. got the bumper of to get it up the ramps, which was a little **** so not looking forward to doing the clutch now lol. Is it worth decatting while up on the ramps or not dont want to blew the turbo seals and have to spend more cash lol. cheers Mark

Well after carefull consideration I have sold my Zed, so its a sad day it needed a new clutch and rear arches sorting as been a uk car the tin worm is having a feast, instead of paying to get it repared sold it to a mate, but he hasnt got the money until the end of nest month dam it. lol Sold it for £900 but only paid £650 so not bad, I will be getting another but going to save for a while and get a rust free jap TT.   22. cheers vods, with it been a 1993 uk car not mapped thought 95 would be ok, but going to a higher octane in to be safe, I know the imports need the higher octane as the ecu needs it. cheers again mark
  23. Hi, what fuel do you guys use, my car is 1993 uk TT, only done about 300 miles since buying it and would like to know your views, In my impreza I use v-power and n/f octane booster. Is the uk car ok on 95 ron, I was thinking of using the tesco 99 in it. cheers mark
  24. mines a uk car mate pay around £400, also got a modded impreza import and pay around £600 give adrain flux a bell were good for me, good to see another Teessider lol, mine has the usual uk rust arches ects, but will get it sorted. Mark
  25. when I bought mine, put a tank in it drove it home around 190 miles and still had over quarter of a tank, which I thought was good better than my impreza lol. Mark
