  1. ok let the oil cool down for a few hours, started it and the oil gauge went up to normal reading around half on idle, so hope it is a faulty oil sendor jeff, must of been because oil was warm for some reason. cheers mark
  2. just checked engine oil level and its spot on. as for the revs some times it can be stud at idle and then rise by its self. cheers mark

Cheers is the oil gauage a common fault, is the car ok to drive Jeff? if the oil pressure was low is there any way to tell apart from gauge? where is the auxillary air valve located please, can you adust the tps? god I must be numb lol, done abit of engine work but not on the 300zx lol. cheers mark
  4. Hi, I have two problems if any one could give me some advice would be brill. First one, is the oil pressure gauge has been working fine, but now is slow and on idle only goes up to about 40psi will go up when revved but only half way up, dont want to **** the engine by driving it:-( engine sounds fine and no noise when revved ect any way of checking the gauge might have give up but Iam quite new to zeds lol. Second one, is some times the revs will go up to just under 2k and when this happens you get a little white smoke out the back not loads, the revs will come back down its like something is sticking open. any help would be great. cheers mark

  8. Was chatting to a guy in my local car shop regarding decat for the zed and he said vosa is fining anybody 6k if you have a decat on your car wether you play dumb or not, got one on my scoob and was going to get one for the zed but can nt afford 12k fine lol. Mark

  17. Does look good if you dont look at the bit of rust lol, it is really low find it hard getting over speed bumps, its sat on 18's but dont think its lowered. Mark
