Hi, right the car has remote central locking, so did'nt realise when i bought it but the key starts the car but wont open any doors or boot, should I take it I only got the spare, can you get the original fron nissan or not? its a uk car. Cheers Mark

cheers thought so got the plate off and got the ecu out the the ecu has differnt screws in it so i think its been out before would a chip have a different stamp or sticker on it? Cheers Mark

While my car is parked up waiting for a clutch, were is the ecu located is it the same as an impreza passenger footwell, will it have a code on it which I will know to be the ecu, just wanting to see if it chipped as the car is new to me. if it has a chip will the aftermarket chip have a stamp on it ect so I know. what ever I get from a decat and a decent chip, I will be happy with, changing turbos and bigger intercoolers will start to be too exspensive lol. Will you change the clutch yourself? Cheers Mark

funny you say that mate, the trust bearing is noise, but selects all gears spot on just slips when pushing the loud pedal, maybe I should strip it down first and see whats what. 420 is really good on standard tubs, but agree a refurb will be in order lol. Cheers Mark

mine was fine all the way back from scotland, then for some reason got stuck in reverse turned car off then selected gears fine but the clutch is slipping now, when you accelerate the revs just go up and you go no where lol, but came on pretty sudden like you said, normal starts on boost. never mind new one anyway lol. is 360 max for standard tubs? dont want to change turbos ect, just a good chip and decat ect. not sure what power that will get me, but as along as jeffs clutch can handle that, will be the way to go I think, dont want to put a clutch in for it to let go 6 months later lol. The guy how dont the manual conversion most of put a crap clutch in as the car power will be standard is only has back boxes and a filter, but dont think its chipped yet anyway lol Cheers mark

I smelt it and to me does'nt smell like oil, just normal, and yeh smoke from both sides equal, to be honest had more the other day than in the vid, car has been used daily but not for long drives to be honest the guy I bought it of from scotland used it as a daily driver, until mot ran out and was stood for 4 weeks. Like I said the car was fully warmed up, dont get this in the impreza once its warmed up or is it just a common in the zeds. Cheers again Mark

Hi, Tried to take a quick vid of the smoke to see what you guys think, but not that good to be honest just taken on a normal camera but will put it up anyway.
