Hi, Trying to bleed clutch again to fix the slipping tried bleeding it by the pedal get some sort of pedal then loose it when engine starts:-( any idea? also tried this method but no go:-( any idea, everthing is new clutch flywheel master and slave cheers mark

well hope i sort it looks like not much interest if i brake it anyway lol

Hi, If the master cylinder doesnt fix my clutch problem probs going to brake the car would anybody be intereted in a TT engine, manual conversion, leather seats ect. just gauging interest to see if i could shift the parts as i wont have place to keep them lol. cheers mark

Hi, If i dont sort this clutch problem I may break my car it owes me £1200 with buying the car and putting a new fly wheel and cutch in it. question is will i get my money back breaking it as i know its alot of work breaking the car. Its a uk TT which has had the manual conversion done full leather in pretty good knick? shell is not bad under neith but rear arches and sills need doing but you expect that from a uk car lol cheers Mark

we were bleeding it from the slave mate is this not the way? cheers mark

Yes mate replaced clutch pressure plate and flywheel and today slave cyilnder, bled the system for ages then noticed the fluid behind the pedals. as for the air pipe not sure will have to have alook tommorrow but tried to bleed the clutch with engine on and off. cheers mark

To be honest i dont know, but i do know it drove fine from Glasgow to Teesside fine 200miles is then slipped so changed clutch and was fine for a couple of hundred mile then started slipping again lol. only noticed the fluid from the master cyilnder today after fitting the new slave:-( its now even worse than before fitting the new slave. cheers Mark

its a turbo mate, was an auto but the guy i got it off done the manual conversion bud. cheers mark

Hya, Sick now, clutch slipped replaced it and fly wheel was fine for a little bit then started slipping again so tonight replaced the slave cyilnder and guess what trying to bleeding it and noticed fluid coming into car under behind pedals so is this a broke master cyilnder now? dont know wether to fix it or just break it for parts as the rear arches and sills need doing as well:-( car is even worse than before can not get a gear now so parked on the street. cheers lads, I know what you mean about the coilovers and I dont plan on putting on the track so probs just get some springs and dampeners when I am ready :-)

what do u reckon then mate uprated springs and dampeners? got tein coilovers on my scoob and very hard like lol

well out in the zed last night and my god its bouncey, got the speed up a little bit and any little bump it was like been on a bouncey castle, think coilovers are the way forward when i sort other things lol. Mark

no mate, brand new, could it be the slave cylinder ect? thing that gets me done it yesterday once but tonight all the time when you put your foot down. to be honest when i changed the clutch the disc looked not bad:-( it was a auto but the guy i bought it off done the manual conversion could he have done something wrong ect?

Hi, Just put a new clutch, flywheel and thrust bearing in my zed as the old one was slipping, also changed the crank seal just for good measure but its slipping again any idea? it was ok when the clutch was first changed, only done around 150miles. the car is a standard TT manual. cheers mark
