  1. vods it was a uk tt auto but the lad before me done the conversion so hope the bits are there you want. no probs on water pipes when stripped :-)

  8. Hi, Thanks will check when i can:-) its not my main concern the gearbox is coming out next week to see why the clutch is slipping when evrything is new:-( Mark
  9. Hi, Started the car and left it running for 5 mins or so, got in and could smell petrol pretty strong, poped the bonnet and could smell it on the drivers side, can not see a leak. Any common problems with a uk TT zed? car has always ran rich since getting it, wonder if thats part of the problem. cheers mark.
  10. cheers terry, yeh a straight pipe from the master to the slave, i didnt do it the guy before hand done the converion. and been bleeding at the slave while my bro was pumping the pedal but it is been a pig lol, changed the clutch in my impreza and bled that with not much of a problem lol. looks like the box is coming off again :-(
  11. looks the like its going to be the folk, clutch plate and preesure plate is new:-( when you say centre plate do you mean the friction plate? cheers mark
  12. cheers, while i was trying to bleed it was looking at the slave and not moving the fork at all now but slave and mater are new. before i decided to bleed again the it would go into gear but slip under any slight acceleration:-) mark
  13. tried bleeding tonight and tried for a good while and no joy, got a litle pressure in the pedal not alot then lost it when car was started, going to check the adjustment when light its a ashame when i put the clutch in was fine for a 100miles then started to slip badly, when i took the old clutch out for the same reason it seemed to have loads of meat left on it:-( just want to get it sorted now. cheers Mark
  14. no feeling in the pedal at all loads of free play jimmer, wish i was closer for you to have a look lol, trying not to give up on the car but its hard as it needs body work doing as well. Mark

  17. well, clutch plate is new and pressure plate new fly wheel and rear oil seal also new slave and master cyilnder lol tried it all lol mark
  18. I know mate u have been having issues:-( could drive it slightley any slight acceleration would spin the clutch and i mean slight lol but now bleeding it again and having issues again lol. cheers mark
  19. well vods i thought so mate, this clutch is a nightmare:-(
  20. car used to be an auto but now a manual, not bleeding at the pedal but pumping the pedal to get a pedal. using the slave as a bleeding point. will have a look at the clutch booster cheers. mark
