270 quid is a fair price for installing the G5 as I fitted my zed with the G5 and took me a couple of days to fit, and thats with buying the serial lead and cliffnet wizard programme and learning to set it up ,mind you I used all the spare channels to operate my solenoid doors and boot release due to not having any door handles lol which took up a bit of time. richard :dance:

if the cats are glowing , there is too much diesel still in, best bet is to drain the tank and fill up with petrol, or ul do some damage to the engine

If your data scan is saying the timing is at 25 degress but when checked its correct at 15 degrees, it will be due to the manual conversion, which hasn't got the neutral position switch wired up, which the ecu will give off wrong readings, you can earth one of the pins in the ecu to correct this but it won't make any difference in performance, only on data scan or conzult readings as I found out when i did mine richard

are the brake disc's worn, cos if they are and if they are below the minimun thickness or have a lip/ridges on them it will cause spongyness of pedal until pads wear to shape of disc, if you have adjusted the brake pedal make sure the wheels are not binding slightly, or you'll cook the pads richard

Now I know there is a clearance problem with using standard rims, when having r33 discs and brembo callipers but I was considering of buying some spare rims off standard zed for winter use, as my 19" blitz z1 are getting marked. the question is can I spacer the wheels out to clear the callipers or is it impossible to fit them?? cheers richard

mines a liability in this poor weather, slight hint of shit on the roads and I,m snaking about when starting to boost up in 2nd and 3rd nearly cought me out a few times, it seems even worse with mi wider tyres 325/25/19 conti's ffs over 500 quid a pair ffs

the lc speed ratio was crazy.......48 mph per 1000rpm in top gear 6 th, so It would never pulled top speed in 6 th
