welcome mate...another sussex zedder :) basically are you saying your clock dials say mph but feels like kph...correct? to confirm take her up to 100 on the clocks and if it feels like 60mph then yep your right the converter isnt working...someone may have tried to fit a converter then stuck a sticker on the clock face hence yours looks like your buddy's jap clocks in all other respects...i've had a couple of zeds that read in kph its not too much of a drama...the converters arnt too expensive if yours is missing / broken cheers chris

clutch fork is broken is my best guess...thats to say the pin has punched through the fork...happened last week to my landrover exactly same prob as you describe bud :(

before you rush off and buy a belt well worth checking if it still has the air con radiator in otherwise you're wasting time/money fitting a belt...the air con rad is infront of the rad...sandwiched between the rad and sub fan almost same size as water radiator. cheers

yep..usual reason is to up the bhp by removing the parasitic drag of the air con unit on the crank...that or its out of gas / fooked etc so just cut it off

that different....its like a complete lack of lacquer....i like it...:D
