  1. I often get the 3 red lights, I just switch it off, wiggle the power lead around a bit, and then it works again :) I would send it in for repair, but I'm a tight git :p
  2. cant4 typewh- i L;ayughin tooooooooo hadr!"!!!!
  3.     Love it!!
  4. Nope, the V8's are RWD. But yes, the engine is very lazy, but can handle LOADS more power if you felt like fettling with it (e.g. a company does a supercharger kit, drive-in-drive-out for a grand which up's the output to a 'reliable' 350 bhp - allegedly) :)
  5. My mates just got a ZT 260 SE - awesome car! Lovely sounding V8, bucket fulls of torque and all the space needs for his family. It's got all the extras - sat nav, TV, cruise, TC, trafficmaster etc. etc. etc. and one of those blinds that pops up in the back window :D He had the 190+ before that and loved it, so naturally he is like a pig in poo with the V8. As I understand it, they were basically designed and built by BMW, so the usualy Rover issues are not relevant to them. Put it this way, I'd have one :) Oh, he got the blue flippy paint one too - Chromatic Typhoon! :s
  6. I've got some stuff that'll probably buff that out. :D
  7. This is the top boss car in Need For Speed Carbon, if anyone's interested :D :wack:
  8. Details, merely details :D :wack:
  9. They were Enkei RP-01's mate :)
  10. Oh dear, are we still on that old chestnut :o And BTW, 'technically' white is less likely to impare an objects movement/inertia than any other colour as it reflects both heat and light whereas others absorb. Fastest vehicle on the planet = the space shuttle. Hmm, what colour is that again? ;) :D
  11. That's fookin insane!! Great soundtrack to that clip too - Metallic F'ing RULE
  12. LOL!!!! That'll keep me chuckling for a while
  13. Thanks very much :) In hind-sight, I REALLY regret selling her. I'd have been SOOOOOOOOOO much better off keeping the shortie and getting a runabout for the family. Oh well, I think she went to a good home and hopefully the new owner (SteveR - on here but not active) will get her out to some shows in the summer so I can see her again :(.
  14. Nice one Graeme :) Ahhh, a series IV, like my old green shortie - those were the days!! Good luck with her, and I look forward to catching up with you again soon mate.
  15. I've got something for that..... :D
  16. I had 18's on my swb na, with 265's on the back, and I think that was perfect - I wouldn't have wanted any bigger. I had it on stock shocks but with Eibach -30mm springs, here's a pic:- The ride was firm to harsh, any bigger rims and I think I'd have found it too much - but of course that's just my personal opinion. HTH :)
  17. 16's for driving, 18's for the look - that's my opinion. I had 18's with 275's on the rear on a previous Z, then changed back to J-spec stocks as I wanted a stock look and I much preferred the way it drove. Having said that, when I got the next Z which I intended to restore to stock perfection, I just loved the way it looked with 18's so on they went!! LOL! Form or function - your choice ;)
  18. RIP Tony, what a waste :(
  19. Happy birthday guys, many happy returnz :)
  20. I believe Cona2k is the man to ask about this, he did it with his last one. I have just bought a 2+2 as I've got a baby on the way - I have easily got the baby seat with the base adapter thingy in the front (facing backwards) with the seat right forwards, and the Mrs will go in the back with plenty of room. I can't get it in the back very well, but when they're old enough to have a forward facing chair it isn't a problem, I've seen loads in Z's. IIRC the Britax Elite is the one to go for then. HTH :)
  21. Goo on then, I'll go, but only 'cos Tim's going :p (Craig David) I don't know how Chunk will be, he may be having a major op, but if he's ok I'll ferry him along too :)
  22. Dammit, I'm never leaving the house again LOL!! Well done all, and nice one Marc :)
  23. I found it on limewire mate :)
  24. Captain Slow gets my vote - just for being a bit eccentric and weird and saying 'Oh cock' a lot :D
