Hi, Petrol stations tend to be few and far between in France.The local brand tends to be Elf!You can drive for miles without seeing a petrol station! Most people seem to buy their fuel at the Intermarche type Supermarket, where you can get unleaded 95 or super unleaded 98 octane. A lot of petrol stations close at the weekends, so don't get caught short of fuel! Jez.

I fitted some Bridgestone SO2s to the rear of my old Z32 and I did a broadside across the road out of the tyre depot as they were very slippery!....It took a day or so for the treads to scrub up a bit and then the grip was excellent! Jez.

Hi, As an update... I went to Halfords yesterday and gave them the Nissan silver code 673.The assistant brought it up on the computer and it said that only one colour was required to be mixed! Normally they have to mix silver with a small amount of black etc to get the right tone, but code 673 is just medium metallic silver from their stock! Cheerz, Jez.

Hi, Most G35/Skylines are 4 door saloons in the Lexus mould, but the coupe version is more like a stretched 2+2 350Z. The Coupe version had an uprated, more powerful 350Z engine before the 350Z did! I like them.

Hi, They were designed as passive belts for the US market,where many drivers didn't bother to use their seatbelts. Nissan mounted the seatbelts on the door, claiming that you could leave them belted and shuffle in and out of the car with the belts in place.Therefore they needed to remain slack to enable the doors to be opened. Hi, I taxed my Z yesterday and took it down to work, a nice 25 mile drive down A and B roads. For the last few miles I followed a new Porsche Carrera at a fairly decent pace. On entering the town, one or two people had a long look at my lowly old Z32NA and ignored the Porsche in front completely!:) Jez.
