  7. Nice old scool bike there john. This was my dr350 4stroke, was very quit only used it for offroad enduro, but found the setup to soft for the terrain, so sold it, nice bike though, it use to start first time aswell, even after months of no use, most 4 strokes iv used need to be kicked punched, sometimes a nightmare to start from cold.

  10. dirtiness :D give them a clean joe, if the wireing is past best and the connector, replace with new one. sorry i didny reply to your PM last night proper tired bud, do a forum search see what comes up, TBH as i said without having a look its hard to diagnose.could be a boost leak to a bad electrical connection.

  20. not really mate iv replaced loads cambelt tensioner x2 water hoses thermostat crank sprocket crank oil seal x4cam oil seals cam o-rings idler sgp lightweight pulley temp sensor fuel dampner Head gaskets intake manifold gasket x2 oil return gaskets rear main oil seal x2 exhaust/manifold gaskets turbo downpipe/elbow gaskets x6 spark plugs 11b both turbo feeds EGR removed and welded heads skimmed 0.005" valves reseated and new VS oil seals lifters full upper bypass pcv valves x5 hoses polished rocker covers lots of new hoses here and there 6 new coil pack connectors and 6 new injector connectors turbo's are in good condition as is BE problem i had when i bought the car was. Soon as you pour water in to radiator it would expel between head and block even when car wasnt started :shock: so all iv done is topend rebuild. bit more info than you need there LOL get your ass in gear and get that new FM in ;) see you soon bud greg
