  1. theres a bit of conflict on bushes i have poly tension arm bushes and find them spot on,i dont think it is essential to use tein tension arm bushes as you wont notice any differance over tein/poly-energy or OEM just get new ones should be fine
  2. unlikely that oil is making its way to the manifolds via the cam seals,but as its such an easy job do that and see if it cures it
  3. agree with chunk sarge etc not worth lives over a few $$
  4. IMO a-pillar pod is more practical,iv seen the ones in radio slots and TBH you have to take your eye of the road to much which isnt good at silly speeds,im sure stateside you can get SWB pods as there more common over there

  16. start with trying a new OEM rad cap,over the years the seal often wears and causes radiator problems yes basically you get the cylinder leakage kit which you fill with blue dye or similar place over the filler neck of the rad start car and pump if the fluid turns green after a while,then it generaly means theres combustion gases in the cooling systym which indicates HGas said already could well be a big airlock,but id try the above test first,cost approx £40-50 for the kit HTH
