check connections like coil packs are in properly CAS connection is in properly clean all injector harnesses do an ECU diag a few things can cause a missfire so best to start with the easiest first

YEP quite possibly,they normally get blocked in the closed position,then cause build up in the ventilation systym creating more pressure,better doing it sooner than later otherwise seals can go aswell :(
