  1. it doesn't matter who you vote for, the common man will get screwed over either way.
  2. those look like amg monoblocks
  3. Jap imports are generally in better condition. But only if they have been treated once they arrive over here. They done use salt on the roads so rust is not normally an issue. TBH that one doesn't look too bad, but without seeing it in person you never know. If I was you I would get one needing a little body work. That way its up to scratch once you have went over it. Learn to mig weld, its not that hard, if I was close I would certainly help for the price of a bag of chips and a bottle of diet coke :) ( that offer extends to any subbed member on here)
  4. good to know. il drop him a call tomorrow to see what he can do :)
  5. its not a zed though. its a Stagea
  6. yeah im currently working at westlands
  7. cheers mate. I don't mind paying a pro to do it. just don't know any in the vicinity :(
  8. Need help installing and setting up an apexi safc. I have the diagrams etc and could install it myself, but anyone able to help set it up ? This is only a temp measure, the car will be going to Noz for mapping once I have stuck some new bits on it and tidied the body a little :) cheers Ross
  9. don't look like moisture tablets, looks like drugs to me !
  10. do you hear the starter solenoid clicking ? i would start with the starter motor if you have a decent batt
  11. I have for sale a front brake setup from an R34 GTT, this is the discs, calipers and pads. The only thing I don't have is the 14mm mounting bolts but any high tensile bolts would be fine. The discs have surface rust on them from sitting in storage but only have a small wear lip on the outside of them, the pads on the other hand only have 2-3mm of surface on them so for all they could still be used replacing them would be advisable. The calipers are in good condition, and were functioning perfectly before removal. These are an excellent upgrade as they are 30mm larger than stock with newer calipers so less wear and tear. I will grab some pics later tonight but I am after £250 posted or £220 collected. They are in Ayrshire Scotland right now but I will be travelling to Somerset area tomorrow and can bring them with me. Any questions fee free to ask. thanks Ross
  12. r33 are 296mm. r34 are 310mm. they are an improvement for sure
  13. any local hardware store should have a pitch gauge. last one cost me a quid ! lol
  14. I didn't realise you had that much work done, I thought it was just an NA diff swap !
  15. 2000 for an NA diff conversion ! would it not be better just to get an aftermarket diff ?
  16. nope, complete used packages.
  17. Welcome, im working in Yeovil so not a kick in the stones from you !
  18. Stock 300zx are 280mm, and mostly are iron calipers. These are alloy and 310mm. Would be looking for £250 posted 600 quid will get you used R33 GTR which are 324mm, these go for around 400 quid.
  19. It depends on how much you want to spend and how big you want to go. I may be selling my 310mm R34 Gtt brakes, the only mod needed is to open up your hub carrier holes to 14mm.
  20. 16psi and it only made that ! ummmm that's not a very good tune
  21. It depends, if your running high boost it creates turbo stall which damages turbos. but if your running standard boost it should be ok.
  22. they are very common so not that valuable, whereas my Mines Ecu for my V8 Soarer sold for 350 quid :D
