  8. Be a shame to break it mate. As said, if you've got the money, get it fixed. Not worth a great deal as is but it is a manual and a uk (cheaper insurance) so don't let it go for peanuts.
  9. Are they cdr's that your trying to read or proper cd's? Some drives struggle to read recorded disks and think they are blank, hence the offer to format. You could try giving the drive a clean with a dvd cleaner, that may help. If it's doing it with normal cd's i.e music then the laser may be dirty, again a clean may help (run it through a few times). Failing that mate, the laser may be out of alignment or the drive may have another problem and will need fixing or replacing.
  10. The Police are still looking in to some of the claims, pretty sure that the non-existent mortgage is one of them.
  11. I've managed to fit 5 of the buggers, so I'd say no. The oil pressure sender for aftermarket gauges connects to a sandwich plate between the oil filter and engine. Then it's just a case of running a wire to the gauge and providing power.
  12. Have you sent that one off to Groover for led upgrading?? :D
  13. I stand corrected, sorry If I've mislead anyone.
  14. as mentioned, the rear oil cooler is for the diff.
  15. Hi mate, The big alloy radiator in front of the main rad, is you A/C cooler. The engine oil cooler is built into the main rad. The little cooler at the front is for your autobox. The UK spec has a much bigger one as standard as is often used as an upgrade. I'm not sure how you flush the fluid, but I used a Pella hand vac pump to suck fluid out the cooler pipes. Disconnect one end of the cooler (have a bucket underneath) a lot of fluid will come out of the pipe but it can be a bit slow. Basically you can just connect the new autobox cooler to these pipes. p.s. You will also have to put some fluid directly into the torque converter, before fitting.
  16. Thanks very much for the info mate :duffer: helped me out a great deal.
  17. Did you get a chance to confirm these mate?
