  1. Here's one for you mate since you had a good go:duffer:
  2. That's not got the sports kit and alloys (very good price though) Close enough £5400 think I got myself a bargain. Just got to sell my GSi now! Here's your pint :duffer:
  3. Just bought an 06 facelift Vectra 1.9CDTi (150bhp) SRi estate. The car has a full dealer service history and is in vgc. Taxed and MOTed for a year. Down side is that it's done 109k. I've negotiated a new cam belt, dual mass flywheel and clutch plates which will cost them about £2k.:hyper: How much do you think it cost me? A virtual pint to the winner..
  4. Nissan recommends changing them every 60k miles. Your one probably doesn't need changing. However, if you're not confidant in the belt then get it changed. As mentioned, Mike at MJP will be able to help you with the parts.
  5. Welcome matey :)
  6. Ive sent money as a gift and then been asked if I'm paying the fee or the recipient.
  7. While refurbing my rear subframe I've found that the ball joints on both the lower arms are fubar'd. Can these be pressed out and replaced or do I need to get new arms?
  8. I've got a s1 rear subframe from my old jdm. I've also got the ES rear sub frame and suspension bushes, powertrix adjustable camber set, whiteline ARB and adjustable drop links. The intention was to refurb the subframe on my S2 UK. Now I don't know whether to do the UK sub or the JDM one :confused: The UK is a '93 so it's newer but has done 130K miles, the jdm is an '89 but only done 70k. The UK diff is a newer model and has a separate oil cooler but is as rusty as hell. Both diffs sound fine and rotate freely. What do I do?? Help
  9. quality! :rofl::rofl::rofl:
  10. Is it ok to clean my brake callipers in my parts washer, using a 50/50 mix of paraffin and engine degreaser? I've tried using a brake cleaning spray but it's not getting it all off. I've got the nissan seal kit, so will be replacing all the seals. Just in case it matters.
  11. Cheers folks. The one in the faq section with the link didn't work.
  12. Refurbing the brake callipers with the oem seal kit? I've had a search but can't find much. cheers dave
