  6. Nice one mate. The hardest part when installing the hids is getting the bleedin' headlights out so you can fit the ballasts under them! I've seen a few people mount them under the centre panel or behind the lights instead, so all good in the end :D
  7. looks like it's just a plug in jobber :gunsmilie:. All you need to do is mount the ballasts, and plug the wires into the loom. Should be an easy job matey
  8. dan's kit is plug and play but the ebay ones may require soldering/splitting and running a lead from the batt. Have you got a link for the one you bought bud?

  14. your welcome mate. It's a common problem and often there's nothing wrong with it.
  15. check you're power steering fluid, if it's topped up ok I wouldn't worry about it.
  16. It's not something daft like the ecu connector is not lined up properly is it? I know that they can cause odd problems if not plugged in and the bolt is either too loose or to tight. Just a thought.

  20. Gutted for you mate. As said though, if you just need a new wing and door there's plenty available for decent prices.
  21. If you're getting a click it's probably a flat battery. They do seem to go flat quicker in the cold (as Groover has said)
  22. Cheers mate, I ended up putting them in the red way :clap: couldn't get them to go in the other way so gave up..lol
  23. iirc they are illegal due to the beam pattern not being deflected properly. Shame as they do look nice
