See the "bishop bashing" ref in a previous post lol. I've tried speaking to the doctors about it and they just put it down to my depression. It's not a physical problem that's stopping me getting to sleep. Trouble is the old saying "I'll sleep on it" doesn't work as no sleep! lol PS. Used to smoke years ago, so know all about it.

Forgot to say I also suffer from Restless leg syndrome, which doesn't help!

I've tried so much that I've lost count mate; Exercise, dark room no tv etc, kalms sleep, nytol and loads of other herbal remedies, no caffiene, warm milk, bath, bishop bashing, zopiclone, chlorphenamine, night nurse etc. I've even tried counting sheep! I'm seriuosly thinking about taking up wacky baccy again! Can't be any worse than some of the stuff I've tried?

As a lot of you know I have a great deal of trouble sleeping. I've tried a lot of the advice given but not had any luck with them. So I thought f'ck it and bought some zopiclone from a known and trusted internet site. I'd managed to get myself addicted to them before but didn't really think I had any choice :crying: Pills arrived and I thought great I might finally be able to get a decent amount of sleep, rather than the odd restless hour here and there. Anyway I took 1, 7.5mg pill and right enough strated to feel tired, went to bed and spent the entire night wide awake, next night I upped it to 1 and half pills, still no sleep! Last night I took 2 pills and... the same bloody results except know I feel like a bleedin zombie :cursing: Really don't know what to do now, don't want to up the dose any more than I have done as they just don't seem to be working :cursing: really out of ideas now.

I got the z1 bronze bushes, They do away with the nylon ones and won't wear out in the life of the car.

I've got a park with a skate park at one end and a trim trail about 40 ft from my windows. All I get is kids screaming all day and piss head shouting and laughing all bloody night. Does my fecking nut in. Vods, I'll swap with you mate :) might get some sleep then :lol:

I'm not a fan of his, but he does seem to care about his kids more than anything else so fair play to him.

The diff is fairly easy to do as it's just removing bolts really. Takes a while to do though. I've not heard of many diff problems, they're normally bullet proof as long as they have fluid in them they seem to go on for ever. I't is more likely that it's a wheel bearing that's gone but best get it checked out.

I don't know much about painting mate, but it's the laquer that gives the paint it's shine. iirc pro's will sand the final coat of paint with very fine wet and dry and then laquer it. Then they do the same with the laquer coats, then finally cut it back with cutting compound. I don't think your paint will be hard enough at the moment to polish it, think you need to wait a few weeks before you do that. As I said though mate, i'm no expert on it.
