  1. Dont start that again :slap:
  2. Yep, seatbelts have the date on the label at the bottom.
  3. lol no mate, I just shoved my hand up there. Hurts a bit and I nearly broke my thumb. But I got there in the end..
  4. I think you've already removed all you can mate, just have to get your hand in there and feel about. Removing the pass side a-pillar may help you locate the pipe easier but be careful not to pull it out. Your looking for a rubber cup like thingy on the inside wall of the wing. The pipe slots into this.
  5. It is above the connectors yes, you just have to get on your back and stick your hand up there. It's a real PITA to do but it only took a few days before my hand was ok again after I did mine :)
  6. Look in Tech FAQ section, all the info is in there :)
  7. It's in the same place on the passenger side, the right up Jeff did will still work.
  8. Yes they are the NA one is smaller. I'd put an add in the wanted section, somebody should have one.
  9. Zed's have big 72L tanks mate.
  10. pass side of plenum towards the back mate, it will have a an adapter plugged into it that drops the size down to 4mm vac line.
  11. Ooh yeah baby :shuriken:
  12. wow mate, that is one shiny scooby. top work there bud
  13. The AC will use a bit more fuel but don't ditch based on it costing you performance as it doesn't. The ECU switches it off automatically under heavy acceleration making sure that it doesn't impact on performance. You will save some weight by ditching it but I doubt you'd notice much difference in the real world. If you do ditch it, don't remove the electric fan as that's your backup in overheating situations.
  14. I think we have a winner :dance::nana2::dance: That's the cheapest I've heard of..
  15. Sorry mate, that's a bit too technical for me lol. I thought that compression test results were given as a psi figure. iirc a new engine should give 176psi on each, although 140 - 160 is more realistic and considered decent for a 20 year old one. I thought a leakdown test was done to see if the compression rate increased, if so then it's a valve issue causing the loss? I'm sure one of the experts will be able to confirm/deny this.
  16. Not sure mate, what version PTU have you got?
  17. I'm really confused now. I've just had a look at my JDM mirrors and they have the same pin out as my UK ones, 5 pins :confused1: The JDM ones are definitely folding ones but the UK S2 ones aren't, or at least don't have a switch to fold them. I don't know what's going on to be honest. Sorry for the confusion I've caused, maybe somebody will be able to answer this one?
  18. Welcome matey :) Has anyone mentioned getting some pics up? lol
  19. Get a multimeter on it mate to see if your getting voltage to it. It may be a brittle wire that's snapped inside.
  20. Good thinking batman! I put stainless allen bolts in mine as I like the mechanical look.
  21. I wonder who Bernie has picked to win this year? :whistling:
  22. are you on about a standard zed autobox?
  23. I did mate, I used to rate it but it just isn't as durable and easy to use as they say. I kept getting blobs from the can and it would ruin the whole piece. Got fed up with it so gave in.
  24. not heard of that mate, what is it? I only know the stuff I've dealt with it that makes sense.lol
