Budget dont do Jap Imports. If your getting quotes for fully comp for over £2k and your living out of London, with 9 years NCB, I really dont wanna know what they will try and quote for me, considering I'm living in Inner London, in a quite high crime rate area and I have NO NCB at all!!! I take it you mean http://www.skyinsurance.co.uk ? Had a quote from them before but now that I'm calling up to take them up on the quote they wont cover me because I'm under 30. I swear, by the time I get to 30, they wont cover me because I'll need to be 35 or something! :mad:

Was going to get myself insured under Classic insurence with Heritage but for some reason they've changed their age limit so you now have to be 30 years old. That or someone just had a bad day... cause I got a quote with them about a month ago. Anyway, please give me a list of insurence companies that you know of who will insure a 26 year old with no bonuses at all on a Jap Import TT. Here's a list of those I've already tried. I'm pretty sure that isnt perfection. Going by the first two characters which are Chinese and when used in Japanese it's generally the same meaning. Though I could be wrong cause I'm not a very good Chinese reader. Better off with Vietnamese actually...! :p

Apparently you can claim compensation off of the council but you need to collect proof of the pothole, measure it, take pictures and stuff like that. I'm sure there's some sort of way of going about it. I had two alloys and a tyre taken out because of a pothole myself. Really pissed off because I wasnt going any more then 25MPH when I hit some huge massive hole, it was so bad that it made my MP3 CD Player skip and I've never had that before in the 2 years I've had the thing! It does make us question why in god names sake that we pay so much tax just to drive our cars and yet we have such shitty crappy road. Freak'in goverments just wants to tax us out of our cars!

I believe the legal VLT is around 30% mark. Though personally I think it's a good idea to do that your planning. My 300 has limo black rear window as well as the T-Tops. Only problem is I can't see for shite out of the back window when I'm parking now!!!

This is why I can't stand London much, esp North London where when I had to go UNi I always took my car up and someone always tried breaking into it. I do remember walking back to my car after finishing UNi only to see pretty much all the cars parked up had had someone trying to break into it. Felt sorry for that guy with the brand new car at the time as they didnt bother trying to pick his lock like the rest of the cars on the road and instead threw a brick and smashed up his window instead. Try shoving the Zed in a garage if you can. At least it'll keep it out of sight and get that Zed up and running again!
