Solenoids may well be called BSCV (Boost Solenoid Control Valve), they are displayed on a TechTom, don't recollect where they are in a ConZult but must be there somewhere.

Open it up and take a look. If the chip is in a socket then it definitely has.

It's probably an O2 sensor problem, should be easy to fix. any mechanic ought to take it on if you can give them some background info. Probably best to get someone to run a ConZult test on it as the first step.
