  1. Thanks all, and I'd like to confirm that today, .... I have a headache ..... :(
  2. All this happens automagically, it probably ended up in your spam filter somewhere.
  3. It has been done before, I had a quick search and this is all I turned up though. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NISSAN-300-ZX-TARGA-IN-BLACK-VERY-RARE_W0QQitemZ4593269167QQcategoryZ18238QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  4. Yeah, I knew him, was from around this area, so it hasn't moved far.
  5. Yep. Dunno what a router looks like these days - presume they're still blue ....
  6. Plus all the postage rates keep changing !
  7. Blimey, it'd be like having a flashback to 10 years ago !
  8. What type of gel was he using ? I need to get some as I no longer have a spare that fits over my brakes.
  9. Those travel costs don't seem so bad to me, mine can be pretty serious and I don't have to worry about decent hotels and additional security etc.
  10. Don't think you'll get anything done with a 16bit ECU, not in the UK anyway.
  11. Must have busted off the door mirror too.
  12. Sorry to hear this Mike. Keep in touch.

My screen background is always black, I like to think of it as staring into the abyss ...
  14. I think the good driving roads is a great idea, other forums, such as some of the bike ones do it. That's why there's so many bikes thundering past my house on a Sunday morning !
  15. He's working in Poland I seem to recollect.
  16. There are always Porterfields - I have a set ready to go in my 350Z calipers, must get round to it soon ....
  17. Cost and reliability (a dangerous word when it comes to TVR!) it has to be a Chimera or Griff. You could get a Cerbie for that kind of money, but the longer term financial impact could be significant !!!!!
  18. Can't read the chart properly 'cos it's too small. However, black smoke on a diesel means running rich/over fuelling.
  19. The O2 sensors are removed from the top, unless you have the gearbox out I would have thought.
  20. This is really just about healthy competition. If you religiously only ever bought fuel from the cheapest garage in your area then they would all compete to be the cheapest and that is the best shot you will get at getting a decent price. This falls apart of course when companies go out of business and we end up with a monopoly at which point we're all at their mercy. At this point all we have to deal with is a cartel. Anyway, one of the places to find the cheapest fuel in your area is here :- http://www.petrolprices.com/
  21. My feeling is that you have an intermittent electrical problem somewhere, so diagnosis with a ConZult would be first step, followed by normal process of elimination. My first point of call would be the AFM. Also, I would go back to the 1.0mm jets, in order to confirm whether that has caused the problem or it's coincidence. Assuming the problem goes away then I would upgrade to a boost controller to get a more accurate control in that area.
  22. Seems it arrived after I did my last update. Will change your status in a few minutes.
  23. Last year I paid £20 for just me in the car - they are clearly pocketing extra cash on the gate.
