Agreed mate thats not good customer service and if the changeover was done properly on there computers they should have lost nothing!! hope you can get a result from them Rich or at least get something else sorted out so you dont miss out on the break! Chris

if its new i would just take it back mate i think most come with 3 years warranty and the heavy duty mostly have four years :)

I was panicking lol as some of my stuff from online orders still had not shown but the last three i needed arrived today phewwww! so yep all sorted now plenty of food and drink, some family will be here on Xmas day and boxing day and for the first time in three years i have the three full festive days off All the best to everyone for Christmas and new year, have a good one! yep i got all the snow off the Z before as was thinking of covering it up for a bit, i stopped when i seen the glass was frozen solid inside and out think i'll wait till we see above zero for a while
