I thought that with the renew mesh although it could just be stuff someone has bought and fitted :)

The front bumber is not that hard to remove if not a little tedious its just a matter of getting to each screw as you have to reach up behind the lights from memory me and a couple of mates had mine off and another on within an hr or so, there should also be some threads on it with a more detailed description.

10w/40 is the oil reccomended but you can use other ie: a fully synthetic oil if you wanted too have look at some of oilman's posts for guidance :)
