i THINK as sky uses the bt line the contention ratio is based on the local exchange anyway, so shouldnt be worse/better than any other RELIABLE isp i was thinking of going with sky as we have 2 sky hd boxes and 2 sky+ boxes so thought may as well get something cheap from them lol but i am currently using zen and the connection and customer service is 2nd to none, compared to the many i have used before so if it aint broke!! we have 2 broadband connections, my lad has his own wireless for his online gaming and my wife also connects to his for her laptop, and mine runs up to 4 comps at once and its only a month contract another son has just signed up with them and had to ring them to sort a couple of issues, and every time he rang them they talked him through the problems within minutes, so i would recommend them to anyone (zen that is) for the price sky seems WELL worth it, so i would check out the many reviews online and yes it is a netgear router

yes you are lol ;) a turbo timer yes, but remote starts are ok and as suffolk says the art of a good alarm is in the fitting, (and gap ARN'T good fitters :mad: ) i also have a clifford fitted with all bells and whistles and in 3 years never had a problem, also had toads and never a problem, but if its all the flash gear you want then clifford is probably the best option, if its down to earth protection your after then toad

not an issue to me m8, BUT i'll bet 95% don't know the diference between NZR and off topic, hence you will see some complaining their post was moved yet others in the same vain stay where they are, but personally i don't care where they are, as i said i have the option of reading them or not, and that part was just a small part of my reply to Brians post ;)

i did all our sky+ boxes when we first got them m8 and im sure we used THEN 7600 maxtors and NEVER had a problem with them, hardest part was getting the star screws out, otherwise its a doddle we now have h/d boxes so can't check to see exactly what drives i used just to add i seem to remember they were noisy ISH http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=156344
