I put 3 gauges under my CD player like this http://www.zcentre.co.uk/interior/radioslot.htm :dance: Obviously the guages I have are a weeeee bit better than the ones pictured ;)

If you think the non-turbo V6 is slower than the twin turbo, you are right to a degree as the turbo version has around 280 bhp where the non-turbo has around 240bhp, but if you add the full sports exhaust and the induction kit you will have the same performance but without the maintenance costs! Yeah, Right ! :smash:

1.2mm boost jets to 1.0mm
My intercoolers are TRUST, don't know what type, if there are different ones but as far as I know the tubs are stock. I only found out last Saturday I have TRUST ICs so who knows what else has been done to it. I will check the timing as soon as I can (I have no strobe :( )

1.2mm boost jets to 1.0mm
I'v been running with 1.2mm boost jets for ages with no problems. I have only recently fitted a boost guage and with 1.2mm I'm getting just over 12PSI. Changed the 1.2 to 1.0 and I'm getting a tad over 15PSI but loads and loads of dett. Is this right as I have read some people can run 16PSI and even 17PSI with no dett whatsoever. Is there a problem with my car BTW, I have a JDixon remap :bow: Apexi filter, TRUST intercoolers, stock zorst. AS FAR AS I KNOW every thing else is also stock. CheerZ Paul

no mate, no jets as standard, go for 1.2mm first, they will be relatively 'safe' around 12psi but you MUST get a remap of the ecu first

I would have thought that if the det sensor sensed det then the ecu would put the car into saftey :confused: so det sensor must be good.

I think, although I'm not sure, due to det at under 3.5k rpm, but can't hear it :confused: . I stop, turn ignition off, restart and all is well again. All I have on my car is JDixon chip, Apexi filter, 1.2mm boost jets running at just over 12PSI and, found out on Saturday I have TRUST intercoolers :hyper: everything else (as far as I know) is stock, including Zorst. How do I go about finding exactly what is causing it, preventing it and curing it EDIT, also run on Optimax all the time uless I can't get there so I use BP Ultimate or that Esso Super stuff CheerZ Paople Paul

At the moment I have 1.2mm fitted and I'm wanting to "test" 1.0mm. Would it be ok to leave the 1.2mm in and fit 1.0mm in an extended pipe or should I remove the 1.2mm and just fit the 1.0mm ? CheerZ Paul
