  1. bloody hell were they off of the titanic! on a serious not tho i would go for some adjustable dampening shocks at least then you can quickly adjust for a stiffer ride for "play" days and soften when your back hurts after the play day. kyb's are quite popular.

  5. i get the exact same thing, wet weather and the steering assistance comes back fully, its only halfish working when dry days, perhaps she knows that we want more feedback in dry "racy" conditions LOL

  8. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE. finally got round to fitting this tonight, all i can say is im well happy with it, only one task is to find a way of switching it off via the touchscreen and all will be ace

  11. also make sure they give you the little scrapper blades with them, gives much better coverage then the spray adhesive!
  12. timebond contact adhesive (blue tin from b&q) its the solvent one as its best, use in a well ventilated environment, i remember going round to a 300zx.co.uk members house to help them with there re trim and ended up high as a kite and useless at helping them out lmao!!!!
  13. check you havent overtightened the ecu connector, i did on my one and i lost an o2 sensor!! slackened it off and the car ran sweet as a nut :)

  16. Well it only failed on horn not working, went up there and reconnected the cable which was hanging off it, beep beep and one mot in my hand ;-) Couple of advisories, brake balance on front just in acceptable limits and a chip in window screen. Gonna give the calipers a once over methinks :-)

  20. the first side on mine took 3 hours and that was including waiting for a mate to bring me a big enough socket for the driveshaft! the drivers side took me over 7 hnours!! the driveshaft was siezed in the hub!! had to remove drive shaft and took it to work, even the press at work wouldnt shift it, ended up asking a mate at a garage to lend me his special driveshaft hub pulley, took an hour of tightening and beating with a club hammer to get the b'stard out!!! well done bud :) you did well
  21. no they are bigger on a tt, i went for a stock nissan clutch when i replaced mine on my NA. depends on what power your running on the tt weather to warrent an uprated clutch or not.
