cheers mate means alot, yeah i guessed most people would be at work.. i should be but.. well i start in the early hours and as i said i had to move my stuff! haha its a funny old world!

i dont really know why im posting this up on here as i am fairly new to this forum and dont really even know you guys that well.. i just need somewhere to vent this.. so im sorry if this bores anyone lol! well last night my my best friend of 10 years, girlfriend of 6 years and fiance of 2 years decided it was better off if we broke up.. didnt really give me much of a say in it .. just told me that she was sorry alot and that she didnt love me as anything other than a best friend.. i cant change that but my god it hurts.. i know i have to look on the positive side of things but.. packing all of my things this morning and returning to my mothers house is not something i ever thought i would be doing.. what makes it worse is get this my zed is off the road and my workmate borrowed the work van.. so not only did i have to pack my stuff but she had to drive me back... i realise everyone who has lost someone says at first that they where tho one blah blah so im not going to bore you with that speel .. but hey loosing a best friend and a woman who i thought i was spending the rest of my life with is ..well a real kick in the teeth.. it doesnt even leave me with more cash to spend on the z as now i have to try and pull my self together and try not to.. although i will go the way of stellaz and spend many a night in on the lager with the laptop on and youtube blaring!- anyways thanks for reading hope i aint ruined anyones day!

.. wouldnt have been able to make it anyway as my car is pissing out steam at the moment :(.... but was this posted? must have missed it

dunno if anyone else would be interested but was thinkin would be cool to maybe have a meet in the new year ... go and dyno our cars somewhere?.. sure it would be alot cheaper aswell if alot of us went?

i have to admit my gut tells me something will go wrong.. but we will see!

my mechanic is going to have a look on tuesday hopefully! i trust him so he should be able to tell me whats needed if anything!.. i have a week off 2nd week in nov which i am planning on doing some spray work to the car, removing standard spoiler etc. just a quick one.. if (fingers crossed i dont) i need a new rad.. i would probably upgrade to an aftermarket one.. any suggestions as to what to get and im assuming it isnt to hard a task to replace!

well spent a good 2 hours in the dark and pissing rain with my mate drainin the system and refilling...hot air started blowing through.. we carried on made sure she was as full as poss and .. thought we had it solved.. drove him home .. a good 16 miles temp gauge was fine drove fine.. pulled up at his.. could see steam... open bonnet get a face full of water lol.. there has to be a leak or crack in radiator somewhere as it was coming off the fan and spraying everywhere.. couldnt see what was wrong with it as it was 2 dark and as you all know there isnt alot of room to move for a better view in the engine bay.. going to get my mechanic to take a look and see if he has better luck!

nope :-/ ... i thought it may be to do with the cold weather? could have perished an old pipe maybe?

ok so just got back from football.. drive back i noticed the temp gauge go up a bit further than usual.. but not alarming .. or so i thought.. anyway get home and there is a hissing and steam bellowing from the rad! .. its far to dark for me to do anything but .. any suggestions? i also have no heat coming through the vents in the car.. always been pretty naf. but now nothing just cold air! 2 related? any help/suggestions are appreciated!

someone i know has a GTST with bpu's .. induction, free flowing exhaust and chip.. he says he got 276bhp on dyno.. but we had a play a while back and he could only just keep up .. my car was standard then .. and safety boost. ;)

yeah i guess your right :) .. im toying with the idea of sticking a r33 spoiler on mine tho.. think they look really good!.. anyone had any experience of taking the Z badge off the nose cone? is it pretty simple task? just asking as im thinking of going for a black nosecone, bonnet and between targas.. and have a week booked off soon.. wanna be prepared!!

yeah ... but you have got to admit the angle at which they come down is similiar.. or maybee its just me .. either way .. still dont understand why those aftermarket spoilers dont suit the zed!

LOL!!!!!!! just buy a Z ffs!!!!.. no but seriously.. look at the way the roof slopes down.. similiar in my oppinion.. and im 22 with 20 20 visions.. so no cataracs here!!!! :D

anyone got this months banzai.. there is a really nice 180sx in it .. something i have been trying to get my head round tho is they have a similiar shape to the 300zx .. looking side on .. and the rear spoiler on it looks really good in my oppinion, but any of the spoilers like this that i have seen on z's look pap.. cant really figure it out.. only thing i can think of is that cos the z is bigger the spoiler looks silly :S

each to there own on car choice in my oppinion.. but as for insurance.. im 22 with a jap TT zed .. less no claims than you and i pay £567 fully comp with £300 excess ;) .. but my insurance company love me :D

..even if this did pass which it wont .. really would be a blessing in disguise.. take there cash then buy your car back off the scrappy with some wonga in your pocket.. thats what i would do anyways :-x

i had a gti6 before i got my 300zx.. and to give you a comparrison.. driving normally i probably use as much in the 300 as i used to driving the gti6 hard through the gears

yeah i was going to get one but.. as i said funds dont really allow at the moment.. more important things to be spending cash on!! .. aye the research i did was that it had to be conected between wire 23 and earthed on the other side.. thats not a problem for me 2 do.. simply cut and solder.. but was really hoping someone on here had done this and had some photos so i can see how and where they have earthed it etc! thanks anyways guys! plenty of guides to relocate the sensor but as there is a break between the plug and the ecu.. aint going to do squat! lol! .. same with the 1meg resistor guides etc.. loads for doing it engine bay side just none for doing it in the ecu!!
