The subscirbed members list that I posted was simply a list of all those in the "Subscribed Member" group, not from Craig's list as I hadn't received it at that point. Bizarre.... I'll have to check to see how many more people are absent from Craig's list. :)

Sounds fair to me. After all, it gives the trader every opportunity to put forward their side of any story.

Have to agree, to be honest. Would have been a far better exercise for the thread to have been split from Stuart's main thread and let 51X and SE talk about it rationally. That way both sides are presented in full view. Alternatively, it could damage the reputation of SE immeasurably if 51x has the wrong end of the stick. NOT saying he has, but potentially.... Therefore I suppose it is best that it is done in private until all the facts are known, as with any trader.
