can someone explain to me wot changing th head gasket entails?

will check th oil, looked fine when i checked a coupla weeks ago but il look properly this time. Mark: i dont have the time at th moment to do the job on my own and my zed technical knowlwdge amounts to a massive zero. wot would be involved if it is head gasket problem? how difficult a job? how long would it take?

why 2nd gear? i just read in another thread its not good to brake and press the accelarator at the same time in an auto, is that how u meant?

can i get away with not doin anything about it or will it screw up my engine?

does it have to be a jap car? my 1st choice car if i could afford it would be a noble anyday

might sound like a stupid question but how dyu make th zed spin 180 on th spot (from a standstill)? does it make any differnce in an auto?

lol iv always done that before, but when th car suddenly gets grip it shakes u all over th place and u dnt now exactly which direction ur gonne go in. i read on here that it wasnt a good idea to lift off th gas and that u should drive thru it, woulda probly turned out to be a great drift if id also thot of reverse locking the steering doh!

had my first scary moment in the zed on saturday was just out for a cruise, pulled away from some lights and followed the road on a very slight right hander. it was completly dry day and th back end just swiped out, lost control of th bugger and ended up sliding backwards across two lanes on the opposite side of the road. thank god there were no cars on the other side (suprising for a usually busy junction). i just remember lookin out th passenger window watching th kerb get closer and closer, praying for th car to stop. i just drove off in th opposit direction as tho nuthin happened and got a lot of funny looks, god am lucky. had a coupla mates in th car who cdnt stop swearin at me after thyd stop laughing ther heads off, *******s.

or u could just pull out th ashtray in the centre, perfect size to hold a cup/can

i thot white smoke was fuel, but then i dnt know alot bout cars so ther u go anyone els got any ideas?

just took th car up to huddersfield and back yesterday and the smoke problem is doing my head in now so jus thought id see wot everyone thinks the problem could be, wot i have noticed: 1) driving at constant speed (eg 80mph) then releasing th accelarator, after about 5 seconds i get some white smoke out the back, when accelerating again a whole load of white smoke comes out then it clears up 2) if i rev the car in neutral and keep it at a constant rpm above 2000 after a while white smoke starts coming out th exhaust 3) if a rev th car to say 5000rpm then let it drop straight away i get white smoke about 5 secs after it settles to idle rpm again, this is all with engine fully warmed up. apart from tht i do get some smoke every now and then but cnt really tel how n why, any ideas? cheers in advance guys yaseen

th only way that coulda hapnd and been caught on camera is if the old lady ran a red light, th other car at the lights has stopped to let th ppl cross

hey hey hey wots wrong with highfields!!! (apart from th mo**** f*kin ramps every 20 yards) i live there n park my zed in th street and its perfectly safe (i hope)

i dont think im ever on london road at those times i work part time at NEXT Directory on gedding road doing customer service its easy money for the job but working in a call centre does do your head in sometimes
