Do you mean with the timer? If so yeah, the light comes on but that's it

Obviously you can check what voltage it's putting out but how can you test what power/amps it's holding and whether a battery is 1/4, 1/2 or fully charged? Cheers Vijay

Would that cause it not to fire up at all when the central heating is switched on? It's not been on all summer.

Evening, My neighbour has a problem with his boiler and I just wondered if anyone has a clue about it. The boiler is a Ravenheat CSI 85A - CSI 85AT (numbers from the user manual) and it's a condenser combi. The hot water works fine but the heating just won't fire up at all, the timer light comes on but absolutely nothing happens. The dials are in the right position for hot water/heating and have tried the reset button but nothing. Any ideas? Cheers Vijay

Hello bud, If you're looking for a daily run about that may work out cheaper, who not consider a diesel that you can run veg oil or even bio on. New oil is £13 for 20 litres at the moment which works out to 65p a litre. Vijay

Actually started the front of my car today with Dinitrol after it was suggested on earlier threads. I've only sprayed the rust converter on today and will do the first coat of underseal hopefully tomorrow. I bought a kit from http://www.rust.co.uk who were very helpful ;) Vijay

removed mine yesterday, just got to cap the bits off. Only bit that was a nightmare was the both that holds the rails on (if you want to remove the dead rails). In the end I found with the headlight out you can get a 10mm spanner on it. Vijay

Mate, I totally understand how you feel, it's coming up to 3 years since I drove my Z after being messed around by bodyshops. Even though Custom Exotics ending up doing a brilliant job, I still have no enthusiam for my car anymore as it's just been too long and so disheartning. I decided to get my car home and then not worry about it too much and when I have time, get it back together. Hope you can find the time and inclanation to get it back on the road ;)

I've driven an NSX and wouldn't swap one for my Z. As said already, the ride is very firm and as a daily driver IS a nightmare (my friend had 2 300's and then got an NSX and always talked about the difference in comfort). Also if you think finding someone to work on your Z can be bad, my mate had nightmares with Honda garages working on his as they ending up changing every part when something went wrong till they eliminated the fault and gave him a nice bill for it.
