    just soak it in wd40 overnight if you can. Keep going out every hour and spraying some more. You could always buy an impact wrench that is for undoing wheel nuts. It runs off a 12v supply and you can fix sockets onto them. It really works for removing stubborn bolts. They sell them in Costco. Vijay

  17. well I removed one with a kitchen knife and sold it to Mathew (MTL). It's a pain to do but take your time and you can remove it. What I would say is make sure you get it put in correctly. When mine came back from the bodyshop, the person who said no problem to removing/putting it back had obviously not done it before cos after 2 efforts it still leaked!!!! (not the bodyshops fault). Might be worth contacting MTL and ask how he put it back in. Vijay
