NZR - PC help
Hi all, My mates got a problem with his PC. It wont boot up, not even in to safe mode. It's running Windows ME and I can get it to boot up using a boot up disk, but that's about it. Most of the time it will just hang and the odd occasion it brings up error boxes. Can anyone help? Cheers Vijay

here you go - http://www.300zx.co.uk/cgi-bin/manual.cgi?list=el&dir=&config=&refresh=&direction=forward&scale=0&cycle=off&slide=20&design=default&total=133 The second and third picture, the wire that says "from battey" is the + and you can put the - on any earth point (make sure it's clean). As said above use jump leads and be careful that the + clamp doesn't earth :) Vijay

that sounds like a good idea from Shunter. The main wire comes directly from the + battery. You also have a mail. Vijay

help
there seems to be too many dodgy dealers about who haven't got a clue about these cars. Personally I would prefer to buy off a forum member. You can do a search and find out what problems they've come acrros on their Z :) Obviously that doesn't mean it's not gonna break down a 1 week later :( Vijay

Which clutch?

Strange missfire
Hi Ivan, The easiest way to see if you have a spark(from the coilpack) is tho remove the coilpack, put a spark plug in it and touch the end to earth. You should get a spark bridged across the gap. Just don't get you hands near it or you'll get a nice shock :) Vijay

Thin, paint-on rubber sealant
How about a bitumen spray? they sell it in B&Q. I'm not saure how it'll react with rubber but pretty sure it'll stick to it. Vijay

drip drip drip
it's not that easy to find (seek and seal). I've tried and couldn't find it anywhere so my mechanic has spoken to his supplier who is sending some other stuff which I should have today. Vijay
