The oil seals have let go and a lot of people have said its probably due to the reduced back pressure caused by de-catting. As its not the cheapest repair I dont want to be back in the same situation in a few years. I dont want to put them back on as the car is for performance only.

Hi there all, As some of you know I've had turbo problems. After some serious thinking I'm going down the route of T28's from 2 200SX. They will OEM Garrett parts and will be fully reconditioned, by who I don't know yet but not a pikey back street garage. I'm led to believe that 1 will need to be 'clocked' to give me handed turbos. What else will I need to consider and buy to make the conversion as good as I can? I will be putting the cats back on the car but would rather use high flow cats with divorced downpipes, is this possible or am I dreaming LOL. Cheerz guys, Rob

Bit of a thread revival LOL. I've decided to go down the T28 route. They will be tubs removed from a 200SX and proper Garrett items. Will get them refurbed so will be as new when they get fitted. Can anybody who has this set up already tell me what other parts I will need, oil pipes etc. Cheerz, Rob

Got here ok, only took 49 hours LOL. Its about 44 degrees here and very smelly and dusty, only 100ish days to go till back in the Zed LOL.

Off on a work funded holiday for 4 months. Weather is a storming 40-50 degrees and plenty of sand. On the flip side there's a few bad bits LOL. Enjoy the shows, put the pics up, hopefully the Internet connection will be good enough. See you in November, Rob

Changed the clocks to UK the other day and now the speedo don't work. After a bit of reading I reckon it's because I haven't removed the speedo converter. My question is what the hell does it look like?????????? Any pics would be good as there is a load of what can only be described as crap behind my dash LOL. Yesterday I removed just short of 5KG of old stereo cable !!!!!!!!!!! Cheers, Rob

I've owned both, like the UK but went for the JDM. However I hate mine at the mo as it's got the biggest fog light hanging off it LOL

Nobody I trust not to rag em lol. To be honest mate they both need some work doing on them and wouldn't be comfortable people driving them. Nothing major but don't need the worry where I'm going.
