Stuck Bolts
Success, all the bolts are loose. To get the rear bolt out do I need to remove the bracket holding the camber arm to the body, no matter how much wiggling the bolt won't come out. Cheers

Stuck Bolts
Shocks are off already but there is rubber bushes built into the camber arms. As long as I heat the nut and not the arm I assume I'll be ok?

Stuck Bolts
How hot do I need to get it? Do I try and loosen it as soon as I take away the heat? Sorry for the dumb ass questions but not needed to use heat before

Stuck Bolts
Cheers guys, tension rod is off but the camber arm won't budge! Due to the position of it you can't get a socket on it so its a spanner job, which my extension bar is useless on. Apart from brute force and ignorance not sure what to do LOL.

Stuck Bolts
hi everyone, Doing the suspension and I can't get some of the bolts off. Tried WD40 and extension bars but still no joy. Anyone got any tips on getting them off? It's the tension rod bolts on the bottom arm and the upper camber arm bolt nearest the inner wing that's being a pain in the ass. Cheerz, Rob

After 4 months it started
Considering the 350Z needed a new battery I didn't hold out much hope for the 20 year old Zed............. However it started on the first turn of the key with no p1ssing about. To say I was amazed is an understatement LOL

Suspension Settings & Geometry
Hi everyone, This week is suspension week LOL. I have a set of KYB AGX shocks with Eibach springs, DW front and rear upper camber arms and front tension rods to go on. With a 20mm drop from the shocks is this going to drastically adjust the settings from standard? I.e. do I set all the arms to standard length or can I add in a turn or 2 on the threads to get them in the ball part before going for full laser alignment? On the front camber arms do the longer side go towards the front or rear of the car. How tight should the locking nuts be on all the arms, I've seen that they can break if overtightened. I think thats it for now LOL. Will add pics as I do the work. Rob

Suspension Adjustment
Hi all, After a bit of advice please. The Zed is getting a set of KYB AGX shocks with (what I believe) eibach springs fitted. I've got DW front and rear camber arms and front tension rods to go on too. Has anyone got any info on rough adjustment required before going for 4 wheel alignment please? Reason is I don't know of a place in Germany that does it so may have to drive to England before its done. Many thanks, Rob

for the guys in the forces
I've served 9 years in the Army mate, firstly to do the training you need to eat correctly and toast is not the way to go. You need to eat a proper balanced diet of real meals. No need for energy drinks, water is fine and a coffee an hour before training is very good due to the caffeine. In terms of times etc I dont know your age so the entry standard may be different to what i need to get. The trick for the test is endurance, you need to do the test relatively easy so you need to training over distances of +4 miles a time, if you can do this at 80% heart rate then you will find the test easier. There is a lot on google for improving and im sure the army gives you a guide on how to improve prior to turning up on day 1. If you want more advice mate let me know. But interval training is the way to go. I sprint 100 meters, jog 200 meters for a total of a minimum of 3 miles.

One of the ends on the rear camber arms don't seem to be. Need to have a look at the joint on the car I think.

DW Adjustable Arms
Hi there all, Going to buying some DriftWorks suspension parts and have a question. Does anyone know if they come with replacement bushes or are the old OEM items reused? I'm getting front and rear camber arms and front tension rods. Cheers, Rob
