Also forgot mention i think you can buy adaptors which give a temp reading and do fan controll at the same time?

I currently have the same problem, ive bought some alloy rad pipes so i have to ditch the adaptor on the top hose then im using the stock sensor for my aftermarket temp gauge and then fitting a viscous as it would be to much of a pain in the arse to keep the electric fan... hope this helps

Yeah ive got HID's fitted and its dipped beam that comes on only on the drivers side?

Mine has made this noise in the past and then i forgot about it....Now its on my to do list, thanks for reminding me

Well thats what i wanted to know realy, you just worded it better for me:D but surely if i put i thin layer of paint on the blades it shouldnt affect the balance a lot if anything?

Basically im having problems with fan controll at the mo, so im going back to viscous as i know a few people with higher powered engines with the stock fan in place and cooling is not a problem!

Can anyone tell me if its a bad idea to spray a viscous fan?...... Only reason being is im getting rid of my electric setup and thought about spraying my new viscous fan blades just to tidy it up before it goes on the car thanks James

Ok im still getting the same problem, my o/s headlight just switches on from time to time until i remove the relay.So convinced it was the relay at fault i waited for it to happen again and swopped for another relay and it comes back on again grrrr! Im now thinking could this possibly be a bad earth of some sort? any help much appreciated By the way i have hid's fitted if that makes any difference?
