May sound silly, but what plugs are you running? Mine always went into safety boost every time i went to the pod or billing! About a 40mile journey. I recently fitted some No7 (colder) plugs in mine, as opposed to No6 (standard). Went to the pod on sunday......no safety boost :) The plugs i fitted were greddy/trust available from chrisgreddy. I s'pose i depends on what mods you have. I have a mines ecu, blitz filter, hks pipe, 1mm boost jets @12.5 psi.

IMO....the r32 gtr is the best, looks awesome, very aggresive looking. It's the lightest of the lot, and has the best engine.

Looks nice from the rear, not too sure about the front though.

lol, nice one pete. I did actually like the 'layout' of the vectra, nice interior etc..... I asked the mechanic who looks after my z whether the 1.8 vectra was any good (never another v6 sri), he replied ''they are all shite, the most slated car in the industry!'' Told me to get a mondeo 1.8. He also said to stay away from rovers. :) So it'll be a mundaneo for my daily driver!

Was it a v6 pete? They are the worst, absolute shite. I had one for 2mths, cost me over £500 in repairs. That was an ex-reps car with a service history as long as your arm too. Had 120k on the clock. just couldn't go anywhere for fear of breaking down! Anyone thinking of buying a vectra, dont do it....they're cheap, but theres a reason for that! Mondeo 1.8 is a good all rounder... so i've been told.

I hit the 155mph limiter in mine before it was chipped/de-restricted. Now it's just frightening! 155mph is far too fast for me, just safe in the knowledge that it will go faster if i ever need it to! Obviously mines the faster version 'cos it's yellow. :tongue:

Feel for ya Scotty, hope it all pans out for ya, been reading these ebay threads for a while now, think i'd rather get the goods from a uk supplier, and pay a little more. At least they're in the same country if there is any 'discrepancies' :(

I've been using one of these for a few yrs now, handy things to have, save a lot of time when drying your car. :)

There was only ever 126 uk models sold, so you may struggle to find a good one. Newera imports are always advertising some nice rx7's, try to get a warranty with one if possible.

If you run both adaware & spybot (obviously not at the same time), you'll find that spybot creates a restore system in case you ever need to reload anything it's found before. When you run adaware, it'll go into this and find all the items that spybot has quarantined! A friend of mine ran adaware for the 1st time and found 720 items!!!!
