  1. Howabout an R33 GTR, hopefully a couple of £k's left for insurance!
  2. Watched ''Wrong Turn'' recently, pretty good... Anyone seen it?
  3. Have a beer for me mate :duffer: It's windy as fook here. :( Got any pics of the babes on the beach!
  4. House of a thousand corpses......the best film in the world...ever! ;)
  5. Have owned both, had a s13 before the zed. S13 was an awesome car easier to live with than the zed, just doesn't look anywhere near as good as the z (imho ;) ). Prefer the zed for the sheer power of it, not to mention the looks you get! I'm 35 btw, paying £507 f/c with Houghtons insurance (classic policy).
  6. lol, always the same. Just finish applying the black stuff on the window rubbers etc, then watch it all dribble down the doors!
  7. Mine occasionally does this, slam the door & it retracts itself.
  8. Try Danny @ DTA, i got mine from him, around the £8 mark i think
  9. Yeah, i'm up for this :hyper:
  10. Shame about the weather dave, i hope you wore a vest!
  11. I presume its a new one that blew? Did you bleed it up properly? Mine was a real bitch, had loads of air in it. Are the head gaskets ok?

Congrats mate, saw you this morning too...along the a34!
  14. Oh, you could also point out to him that if he was to be evicted, the housing association are not legally obliged to re-house him. It's not like it was in the old council days! We once had a guy who had been given his ntq (notice to quit), the day before the baliffs arrived he set fire to his house, so the council had to re-house him, then start the whole eviction procedure again! But that was yrs ago, when it was the council. Just a thought
  15. I used to work for a local housing association, you just gotta keep on complaining about this guy, get the old bill out, you need crime reference No's etc.... The association have to go through all the legal channels 1st, this can take yrs, so get it started...now! You have 2 other options: Set fire to his house, that way he'll be re-housed elsewhere :x: Or do what Timmy said, start a lynch mob!
  16. Why not convert it to a manual Mark? Jeff does it for £1500ish... cheaper than an autobox rebuild! My auto is very slowly starting to slip, i'll be going for the manual option. One of the traders on the forum (can't remember who) was doing 'kits' to do the conversion yourself for £700. Just a thought mate..... ;)
  17. Have you tried an ecu check, thats the 1st thing to do... http://www.ttzd.com/tech/diagnostictech.html Looks complicated, but it isn't, should take less than 10mins. This will give you an idea (hopefully) of where the problem lies Hope this helps.......Simon.
  18. lol! Definately a regular on the ''marmite motorway''
  19. Quote: Like most male enthusiasts, I find a close encounter with a well formed motorcar exciting enough. It's difficult to focus on the true object of my affections when confronted by a scantily clad girl. It ain't a problem for me, quite the opposite tbh!
  20. Hello mate, welcome. You'll get a beauty for £8k! Power: TT around 300bhp, depends on auto/manual. Main colours are red, black, silver. But there are other colours out there, just gotta look!
  21. Lol...all the time, better when theres someone walking their dog under it too! :)
  22. Reminds me of how i felt when i got mine :) Just take it easy fella, at least till it warms up! :x:
  23. From all the doom & gloom of most of the threads here ie: Blown tubs, g'boxes, electric probs etc.... Seeing as its such a nice evening...took the t-tops off, windows down, stereo blaring (chav ;) ). £20 of optimax....done about 50-60 miles..just cruising, lovin' every minute of it, pillar gauges glowing blue in the dark, racing cars whizzing round my head unit! Scaring pensioners & children with the bov's :x: There just is no better feeling than cruising at 80-90 roof off, windows down. She never missed a beat...once! Just a reminder to all, about how good z's really are. Despite all their faults/problems...could never sell her...ever! Anyone else been for a relaxing blast today?
  24. Reg sounds familiar, did it have tweed, autobox rebuild, standard wheels?
