ENGLAND! why do put ourselves through it!
You're probably right there, but they still take the places in premiership teams that could go to up and coming talent. The only reason they play in the premiership is the money, they dont have any loyalty to the team or country.

ENGLAND! why do put ourselves through it!
lol, the team lose 4-1 and our best player was the goal keeper. Says it all really, when are they going to learn that money cannot buy talent, it doesn't matter how much money the FA throw at them, they aint going to get any better. They need to put a cap on the number of foreign players in our teams and let some home grown talent come up through the ranks, then maybe in 4yrs time we may have a better chance at the next world cup, thats if we qualify of course.

Anyone know anything about R/C Cars?
Anyone remember the tamiya sand scorcher? Based on a VW Beetle Baja Bug, had one when i was a kid. Awesome piece of kit, was the first one with the 'lunchbox' battery cover so you could go through water...:w00t:

Is the 370Z any good?
Both the MD's from my old workplace have them, they had 350's before. They both say it is a much better car in every way.

ENGLAND! why do put ourselves through it!
Of all the millions of people who play footie every sunday across the country, are these overpaid & overrated misfits really the best we can come up with? Only the british could invent a sport, then get good at playing it really badly!

Fiat diesel van problems...?
lol, apart from the obvious! I've got an old p-reg transit at the moment, reliable as you like, it even has it's own weight saving system: it's so fookin rusty, bits just fall off it as you drive along!

Fiat diesel van problems...?
Been offered a fiat ducato, 2.8td, x-reg for a very good price. It is a one owner from new and i've known the owner since he got it. Has done 99.000 miles. The problem is: The van will start fine first thing in the morning and run beautifully. But..... once you turn it off, whether it's 2mins or 2hrs since it was started, it will not start, turns over fine, just won't start. Takes about 3hrs until it will start again. Anyone got any ideas as to what it could be? Thanks in advance.....

that nice time of year
Do a bit of mountain biking and what was a 2hr slog through the mire, is now an hours sprint, lovely hardpack trails. All the greenery is blooming, very picturesque in the forests.

Horror films you cant watch???
What he said... have watched it all the way through, quite a disturbing film. Can see where Wes Craven got his ideas for freddy from. All modern versions of any film are crap, cant beat the originals.

To Much Tea
I have decaff coffee, and normal tea (yorkshire tea.:tongue_smilie:). Apparantly theres more caffeine in tea than coffee, but the full strength coffee drives me round the bend. Probably have around 10 cups a day combined.

Renault 5GT Turbo
I always wanted a Renault 21 turbo, although they are as rare as R5 turbo's now.

Something isn't quite right.......
If you have a new maf available, it's an easy one to try. You will know immediately if it's at fault. Had one go on a turbo diesel, it spluttered and coughed every now and then for a week or so, then it just went, no acceleration at all. Total loss of power, took around a mile to get to 50mph foot to the floor. Quite scarey pulling onto roundabouts!

Something isn't quite right.......
Has all the symptoms of this. Anyone you know got one you could swap over?
