Emmerdale
The guy who plays him opened the new poundland where i live a while back... wahey, we're on the map now...:tt2: I dont normally watch it, but did see bits of the episode where he got knifed, in my limited emmerdale experience, i reckon it was the bird who had his kid, then abandoned him/her.

Any Bikers here?
Used to race myself, a few years back. Did my restricted access test in the summer with a view to doing some enduro's and some green laning. Passed all of it with flying colours, got 100% on the hazard perception... well chuffed with myself, until the last part, the road test bit. I left the fecking indicator on, major fault... fail...:mad2: Passed the second time though....:cool3: Got a Kawasaki klx300 4t, nice plodder for green laning, was going well until i had a mishap while riding some ruts, i ended up hyper extending my knee & fracturing the tibia..... That was 6 weeks ago, still off work, leg in a brace and on crutches, can bend my knee to 90 degrees now, so i'm getting there... slowly...:wheelchair: Good luck....

This country has hit rock bottom
Some good points raised here, but she will be able to sue, she will get legal aid to do it. Did she give you notice to quit? Did she/they sign a new contract when they went onto benefits, or are they still tied into the existing one of x amount of £'s per month? I work for a housing assocition and it really is a shitty situation, we have people doing moonlight flits oweing £k's in rent, and we have to give them 28 days to return to collect their belongings! It beggars belief what these people can get away with, even if we evict them, they then come back to us as a nom from the council, still oweing £k's to us, and we are legally obliged to house them.... again!

relationship advice please
Some sound advice been posted up here chap. She aint gonna respect you until you respect yourself, sorry if that sounds harsh, but it's true. She knows how you feel and it seems she's using it to her advantage, my advice (although easier said than done) is to text her and say you cant make it wednesday (no reason), suggest if she wants to meet another time to let you know, if it comes to that, then go along and see her. If she starts mentioning needing money or whatever..... walk away.. end of. Oh... and if a z didnt do it for her, then you'll have no chance with a 911:wink:

Any mountain bikers on here? just bought a downhill bike, what do ya think?
Yep, have been to Nant-yr-Arian, some good riding round there, lovely views, proper wilderness stuff. We were based in Dolgellau. I'd imagine Coed y Brenin is'nt too far from you, that is well worth a visit, probably the best trail centre i've been to so far.:cool3:

I`ve got mices in my house what should I do?? kill, burn, let live?
What he said, they can get through very small gaps. We had some in a house at work a while ago, getting in where the sink waste pipe went through the wall. If you find a gap make sure you use sand & cement, foam is no good, they just eat it, also if you have a timber sub floor they will get through the air bricks beneath and live under the floor... good luck:thumbup1:
